These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlurPhoto mobile application and related website. By using BlurPhoto, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BlurPhoto provides tools for detecting and covering potentially sensitive content in photos and videos. Features may change, be limited by device capabilities, or require a paid subscription or one-time purchase as shown in the app.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the media you import, the edits you make, and the places where you share exported files. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use the media and must not use BlurPhoto to violate another person’s privacy or any applicable law.
3. Editing limitations
Automated detection is an assistance tool and may miss content or identify something incorrectly. Always review the entire result before sharing. A blur, mosaic, sticker, or color cover may not guarantee that underlying content cannot be inferred or recovered.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchase, subscription, introductory offer, renewal, cancellation, or refund is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and payment rules. Subscription pricing and renewal details are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or purchase controls in the app. You may not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
6. Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, interface, and software are owned by or licensed to BlurPhoto and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
7. Disclaimer
BlurPhoto is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that detection will be complete, that every export will meet your requirements, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BlurPhoto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features from time to time. If you no longer agree with the Terms, stop using the service and delete the app.
